Shipping Information
Ensuring that equipment and components arrive safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with international regulations is an important part of IPSP’s commitment to quality and responsibility.
Our packaging and shipping standards are designed to protect products throughout the entire transportation process while meeting applicable requirements for road, air, and sea freight. Particular attention is given to transport safety, cargo protection, export regulations, dangerous goods requirements, and internationally recognized packaging standards.
To minimize risks during transport, IPSP applies specific packaging requirements based on the shipping method and destination, including the use of certified packaging materials, corrosion protection measures, secure load fastening systems, and compliant marking and handling instructions.
This approach helps ensure reliable deliveries, consistent product protection, and responsible logistics management across global supply chains.

IPSP operates a Quality Management System certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 for plant engineering, automation and application technology, as well as engineering services in the field of surface and coating technology. Certified by TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH, the system reflects our commitment to delivering consistent quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. The certification is valid until December 2028.

Our Environmental Management System is certified according to DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 and covers plant engineering, automation and application technology, as well as engineering services in the field of surface and coating technology. The certification, issued by TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH, confirms our commitment to continuously improving environmental performance and promoting sustainable operations. The certification is valid until December 2028.
