Our services
Feasibility studies and the development of process descriptions and planning of alternative plant concepts.
Calculation of performance data and sizing of all plant components.
Preparation of specifications and the associated layouts and process flow diagrams.
Design of components, assemblies and individual parts, including production drawings with the associated parts lists and specifications for purchased parts.
Implementation:
We undertake project management both as a general contractor and for sub-projects,
procurement of all parts and components, coordination of the supply chain, logistics and installation, assembly and commissioning, including acceptance testing and performance verification of the plant.
We assist with the ramp up of the plant, provide production support and help with process optimisation.
We identify the spare and wear parts and outline the (preventive) maintenance requirements.
We provide your staff with targeted training and the necessary instruction.
Conveyor
At IPSP, we are specialists in customized conveyor solutions. Our roots are in the automotive industry, where we have gained extensive experience in skid conveyor technology, now applied successfully across other industries. From planning to commissioning, we support you at every stage of your project.
Conveyor technology ensures a continuous and precise flow of materials and products within production environments. In the automotive industry, chain, roller and overhead conveyors are widely used for the transport of both heavy structures and sensitive components.
- Chain conveyors: robust and versatile, suitable for painting and harsh environments
- Roller conveyors: ideal for straightforward transport of skids or load carriers
- Overhead conveyors: space-saving systems enabling flexible routing above the production floor
- Special customized designs: skids, transfer stations, skid carriers, part holders
Key benefits of conveyor systems:
- Efficiency through continuous material flow
- Precision in positioning and handling
- Flexibility for changing production requirements
Beyond automotive, conveyor technology is widely used in mechanical engineering and logistics, including heavy-duty transport systems and automated sorting solutions. It is continuously evolving towards more intelligent and integrated production systems.
