In June 2025, Grivan Group Spa acquired 51% of IPCS GmbH – Innovative Paint & Conveyor Systems, a German company with over thirty years of experience in designing painting systems.
The deal, the result of twelve months of collaboration, is part of the Group’s vertical integration strategy: controlling design, production, and installation enables better coordination of processes, lower transaction costs, and consistently high quality with reliable timelines.
For clients, this means access to a broader range of technologies, faster delivery times, and systems developed jointly with a focus on sustainability.
